This side yard was split over uneven levels with treacherous steps and trip hazards everywhere, resulting in a waste of valuable space. We replaced the old cracked concrete steps with a beautiful stone paver staircase. The multiple uneven tiers were replaced with two large patios using pavers separated by long and even steps, finally a seat wall was built around the avocado tree. Conduits, gas and electrical lines were installed ready for a firepit, outdoor kitchen and lighting. The homeowners now have extended their living and entertainment space.
